ERPWorks was stablished by Craig DaSilva and David Ruston, following 20+ years crossing paths in the ERP industry. Their vision was to to build a team with the sole focus of delivering successful, predictable outcomes for customers.
Our team combines deep functional and technical expertise, with an average of 10+ years’ ERP experience. We operate across a diverse range of backgrounds and geographies, embedding seamlessly into client teams through a flexible on-site and remote delivery model.

David Ruston
David (known as DR) is a well-respected and experienced Programme Lead, Certified Solution Architect, Functional Consultant and MCT for Dynamics 365 AI ERP. He has led successful deliveries for global brands such as Fortnum & Mason, Nando’s, Pepco and Davies Group.
David is based in the UK.
Craig da Silva
Craig is an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 AI ERP Consultant with a strong focus on Finance. He holds a degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Master’s from Stellenbosch University, and began his career at PwC.
Craig is based in South Africa.
